Fruitflow* was discovered in 1999 by Professor Asim Dutta-Roy at the Rowett Institute in Aberdeen, an internationally recognised centre of excellence for nutrition research. Fruitflow is a bioactive ingredient derived from ripe tomatoes that has been scientifically proven to help maintain normally healthy blood circulation.
Inspired by the Mediterranean diet, Sirco has been developed with Fruitflow as part of the recipe. By adding Fruitflow to the fruits, Sirco becomes a great tasting drink that helps keep the blood healthy which in turn, helps maintain a healthy heart and will also benefit circulation.
However, Sirco does not taste of tomatoes because it contains the correct bioactive portion of the tomato in a concentrated form that you can not get from eating tomatoes on their own.
